Very Good
A spatious appartment in a top location. Comfortable furnishing and top knotch smart tv with lots of digital channels and easily integrates with your streaming apps/phone.
Parking.. Although there is a courtyard that can be useful for loading/unloading, it is permanently fully occupied with cars of other tenants even if it is clearly stated that it is prohibited. Parking in Durbuy otherwise either costs 15 euros per day (not 7 as indicated in the listing), but obviously some tenants think it's easier just to use the courtyard for free. BTW there is also one parking lot that costs 9 euro per entry, but if you plan on using the car that day, you end up having to pay again on reentry the same day.

Clean, cozy, lots of space and thank you so much for having Uno cards because we forgot ours so the kids had something to do while we were bringing in our stuff.

Wonderful
Very clean and comfortable apartment in the center of Durbuy with great views. The concierge Sigrid welcomed us and provided everything we needed. Both she and the owner responded quickly to any queries we had. Kitchen is well equipped and apartment is very spacious.
Parking can be a bit tricky, but the Parc Topiares works well (9€ per entry).

A great location in the centre of Durbuy, with car parking close by (you have to pay for this). We were met by Sigrid who was very friendly and helpful and luckily for us spoke very good English. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a wealth of exposed beams in the bedrooms and shower rooms which made it an interesting building to stay in.

Location was really nice and had a great outlook.
Parking was abit of a problem and the gate should have been managed to avoid others using the area ie key code entrance or something. One of the shower rooms had a funny smell, so much so we didn’t use that shower room. It felt that the property hadn’t been used for a while and the hand wash in the downstairs toilet had been watered down.

We provided our own breakfast and the kitchen is minimally equipped.
The bed are poor quality and comfort. The pillows seemed to be very inexpensive as they were not offering head support or comfort. The hand soap in the toilet was watered down and one faucet was not working properly. For what we paid to stay at this accommodation, I'd expect more of a 4 star quality. We were also not guaranteed a space in the car park. One night the car park was full upon our arrival, so we had to park elsewhere.

Amazing location in this beautiful small town of Durbuy. Nice 2 floor apartment with well equipped kitchen, very safe area with free parking.
Cleanliness in the apartment should improve. There is a LOT of dust everywhere. Bathrooms/shower are nicely cleaned, but living area and sleeping rooms need more cleaning attention. White carpet in the living room was very badly vacuumed, remote control I found behind sofa bed with some candy papers from previous guest... lot of cobwebs. Very cold during the arrival at 17:30. Rooms were not heated, instead in the sleeping rooms windows were fully open in the winter time. It took a while to warm up the rooms with small heaters. All ok, it's not end of the world but I believe that could change to provide a bit more comfort for arriving guest, especially with small kids. There was very very unpleasant strange bad smell on the corridor 1st and 2nd floor.

Nice location in the Durbuy, but it did not compensate for the inconveniences we had unfortunately...
The apartment was not clean at all! The bedshits were not changed from previous guests!!! The sink in the kitchen was disconnected and we were flooded with water before even unpacking our suitcases...
