I asked for a quiet room but instead of that, we received a room where you heared the ventilation unit zooming hard all night long. And it was not a quiet system.

The room was cozy, the view was really nice from the windows and balcony, and it was close to everything.
The carpet wasn't clean at all, there was chips on the floor everywhere and some pretty nasty stains.

I loved everything about this property. The room, hotel and staff were amazing! We loved it so much, myself and JJ spent a few additional nights in the hotel house.
There wasnt anything to dislike. It was so good. We will definitely revisit this hotel.

Im not sure about the other rooms but the one we stayed in could do with some TLC. No deal breakers, however things like spa bath controls not working, chipped tiles with a tardy sealant fill, draws that fall apart when you open them and ripped fabric on the lounge. Even things as simple as filling the empty hand and body wash containers on the basin and in the shower would be nice.
The worst part was the two single bed mattresses pushed together to make a double bed, only resulting in both people rolling in to the middle. Incredibly uncomfortable. I expect more when paying 200 a night.

Stunning location with old world charm and modern luxury. Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room with a brilliantly stocked fridge and very comfortable large bed. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also absolutely delicious!
Needs to be signposted from the parking area and the parking situation made clearer to guests. Jacuzzi bath wasnt working which was a shame
