Exceptional
The staff was very friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious as well (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, bread rolls, mini pastries, etc.) We also enjoyed going swimming, I loved that it was a biological pool and not chloride. Dressing robes were in the room, as well as slippers, which was handy for the pool. We chose to stay for dinner one of our evenings because we knew we'd be tired after a long hike. Food was tasty (my lamb was perfect and my dessert - crme brle - was perfect as well). They ask you to choose your dishes before 17h since it's all freshly made. I think that's a great idea. On top of that the people at reception and also waiters could switch effortlessly between languages: French, Dutch, English, all spoken fluently. We had an excellent stay.
Maybe more towels in the room, if you want to visit the pool?

Easy parking, next to my room, easy pack and unpack, room nicely located next to the swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner was very nice.
The overall cleanness should improve, the water in the swimming pool could be cleaner. Too far from Durbuy center which not necessarily is the big issue if you don't mind to drive down to the city. Walking is not pleasant

Swimming pool directly in contact with open space and restaurant and breakfast. Temperature and humidity to high. Hotel was basis okee !

A great host, very tasty food, nice swimming pool and good temperature! What did I like: - Swimming pool - Swimming pool area - Food - Host - Workers - Garden - A lot of green places around - Pets friendly - Good location - reasonable distance from the majority of local trails and the city center
Minus for: - the lack of a big bed (only two singles next to each other) - very tiny bathroom with and old/ used plastic shower curtain instead of a cabin. - windows that cant be completely open

There was a lot of choice for breakfast. They have a big parking place. It's close to the centre of Durbuy (by car).
You had to pay extra for the sauna. A very little bathroom (no place to close the door). Heating in the room; one part was very hot, the other stayed cold.
