Good location. Affordable. Note that this is truly a "love hotel". I would say it's for newlyweds or partners who want a lot of intimacy. The toilet and shower door in our room was transparent and there's a tub next to the bed.

Nice room, location is great.
Main problem is the ceiling height, it’s quite limiting, and you basically can’t stand in the bath, room #6
Also they could better explain that the check in is in the main hotel and not on the hotel itself

The location
Our water was cold the evening and next morning. The room was not we expected from the description about a spa bath etc. They just gave any room available not as you book.

In the evening a lot of noice from the restaurant downstairs.
In the early morning a lot of noice from the cleaning team with keys, doors, cleaning and drying machine.

The room was too small for being considered a suite and the bed was small and extremely uncomfortable. Room was not sufficiently sounds proofed

Location was good, rooms were good. However, my brother's room was right above a bar and he had noise from that bar.
Administration is a mess: I received by now 7 e-mails asking me to check in online. 2 of these e-mails were after my stay. I have mailed about it and told the lady at the reception, but they keep coming.
In addition the invoice was wrong.

Good location in Durbuy. Facilities OK. Room OK.
Long waits for staff to turn up at reception. We were given an attic room with space constricted by low, sloping roof/ceilings -constant risk of concussion!
