Good location nice and comfy bed the room was also of a decent size.
No reception and you have to get the keys and checkin at different location. No coffee or tea in the room, think should have been included for the price I paid.

Nice design in the rooms and good location
We started to talk in English and we were talked back in French by staff. If you put "English" on Booking, then don't be rude and talk back in English or let us talk to an English speaking employee. Also, our room was cleaned ONCE in a week's time.

The room was huge and the decoration was quite nice. Mini bar very reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, excellent bread. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The lack of a proper shower. On hot days I can imagine the room borders unbearably hot as well. Would be nice if there was a bit more stowage area for clothes.

Hotel was wonderful, beautiful location, our room was very clean and well-presented. The service was very good room was cleaned daily.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable so through the stay there were three in the bed. Would also appreciate some tea and coffee facilities.

The best continental breakfast! Really spacious rooms, tastefully decorated with lovely furnishings. In the centre of Durbuy on a really nice street. Easy to access by foot.
Confused access as building it currently under renovation - does not affect the room at all just makes you unsure where to check in if you're following google maps (until you read the sign).

Perhaps the best place I've stayed in the Ardennes. Our room was huge, and quite charming. I might have preferred it a bit better lit, but perhaps others wouldn't. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, but I did miss orange juice. Will be back!!!!

Centrally located and the breakfast was very good.
We visited Durbuy for the first time in 15 years and were a little disappointed with the change. The little cozy town became too touristic. We stayed at the apartment attached to the hotel. There are some bars nearby the hotel and it was noisy until late at night on Friday. The furniture was old, but it was ok for family stay with small children. It was difficult to lock the door.

Nice comfortable hotel in a really pleasant town, its a bedrooms only building as its main hotel is a few buildings over the street where checkin, all breakfast and dining is done , buffet breakfast was very good staff were friendly and helpful

the stay itself and parking
Cost of restaurants were high and it was impossible to get a simple breakfast. all which was offered was the full meal, bufet type.
