Very Good
Our tent was beautiful, nicely decorated and had a great view over the forest. The fireplace kept us warm even on a chilly autumn night. During the day we went to Adventure Valley which was a fun day out. The Halloween decorations were also a nice touch
Pity that the pool had closed the week before (so at the start of a school holiday) when the website did not mention it being closed and the confirmation message reminded me of the “heated pool”…

Great location for discovering the Ardennes, staff were great, beds were perfect, General area’s restaurant & pool etc are very nice
I would have appreciated some outside furniture were you can sit / eat with your family. Also some plats and cutlery would be nice.
They could have spend more times cleaning the toilets.

Tent had a beautiful view and was extremely comfortable
Would have been great to have breakfast delivered at tent and coffee pods replenished during stay

Not much but tent was good quality
Way too expensive (£240 for one night for two!!) for what it is. Loud music till early hours. Damp bedding. Food awful & too expensive. Lots of drunk people around pool when we first arrived. Showers were clean but very basic. Booked a tent with twin beds but got a tent with bunk beds. It's a place for the single under 30s without family.

The nature in Ardennes is great.
Swimming pool was warm and clean.
Tent was quite spacious.
Toilets were not being cleaned regularly and there were no soaps in some toilets. I assume it must be the first thing to check in the morning if you don't do it at night.
Beds were single ones not the double bed for 2 people. It is annoying to have the gap between.
Music starts at 9 in the morning and finishes at 11 at night. It is impossible not to hear it and DJ is very loud during the day.
Although tents are very big, there is no mirror or a stand to put your clothes.
As a glamping experience, it was a bit expensive.

Location is great and stuff is very pleasant.
Although there is a heater but it switched off during the night automatically. It was an extremely cold night. Two people of our group caught cold.

Location, activities on site, breakfast, personnel VERY friendly and helpful, clean tent, great view, amazing swimming pool.
Toilet and shower is too far away and not enough for all the tents. The price is too high for what it is.
Mixed feelings about the visitors - very kids friendly on the one hand, but on the other hand attracks different crowd as well - groups of young people that get wasted and puke all night. And you are lucky if they don't live very nearby :)
No pets allowed, so we left our dog with the sitter - but I saw several dogs on the premises.
