Wonderful
Room was spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and got us our room promptly once we arrived. They offered free tea, coffee and fruit downstairs which was an unexpected treat.
Nothing about the hotel itself, it's a 25 minute walk to Brussles Central and 30 to Brussles Midi. We were here during the strike and that made the journey in more complicated. The walk from Midi is very shady so may be advisable to get a taxi.

Very Good
Good location and friendly staff. Nice vibe overall.
Couldn’t find a way to turn on heating. Breakfast was a bit repetitive with not enough variety.

Very Good
Both room and bathroom were very spacious. Room furniture simple but stylish, bathroom fittings elegant and recently renovated. Various amenities available, including espresso-maker and slippers. Convenient location a short walk away from the city center.
I was a bit unlucky with the position of the room, with the window opening on a narrow inner yard. The low ceiling, painted in dark grey, compounded the slightly oppressive feeling. Finally, I could hear the noise from people walking up and down the stairs just outside my door, as well as from the kitchen where the breakfast was prepared in the morning.

The room was spacious and everything was new and worked well. We needed really good wifi for work and didn’t get disappointed, the signal was great. We absolutely loved the free coffee/hot chocolate available to guests any time.

Location
They booked me in the wrong room. The had to move to another room and then finally to yet another room. Last one smelled strange.i checked in very late but still this was not the level that I am used to in this hotel

Wonderful
A very unique staff: friendly, smiley, helpful. Super clean and cosy. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Super centered location yet calm.
Just the floor gives noise when you walk or the person above you walks.
