The location was perfect. Easy to go everywhere because near to metro station and in city center.
The breakfast they offer absolutely amazing. Nice and friendly staff, they will help you anytime you need it. Over all was wonderful and glad to stayed couples night there. And hope see you again next time .

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and cozy, big windows, bed was soft and Wifi was good! Bathroom was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my staying. A lot of shops/ eating places nearby.
Street noise was quite loud, so I slept with ear plugs. Quite close to Noord train station, far from city center.

Positioned very central and accessible
If you are getting the rooms that are aligned directly facing the main road. This could very loud for a lite sleeper like me in the night. The windows are not the best in terms of sound proofing, despite of a two layer window curtains. Ask prior while booking for a room not facing the main road.

The location was near to Brussels Noord station. The staff were lovely. The colors and the aestethic amazing. It had everything we needed. The room was spacious and the beds comfy.
The towel was missing but its not really a minus and you could get 2 key cards if it is a twin room.
