Excellent rate for a hotel in a central location to tourist attractions and transportation; metro station within a 1/2 block of the hotel. Reception was exceptionally well trained, informative, and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage prior to check-in which made arrival perfect for exploration. The room had everything we needed, was clean, and comfortable. We did not have breakfast but looking at the options provided and the well-lit seating area the buffet appeared to be very well-appointed.

Room has only one table, telephone, only had one chair, no water heater but a coffee machine, and this was the largest room option.

The room has a lot of space to move around and a big closet, the bathroom is spacious with great water pressure in the shower, hot water runs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and they cleaned the room perfectly
A bit too close to a main street, so it can get a little loud because of traffic in the morning

not suitable for family ... rooms were small... no fridge to store even milk.. you have to go down at reception to store anything.. room had bed and hanging space ..thats it family rooms are road facing and very noisy.. we could not sleep whole night .. not reccomended for family at all

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was decent. Free coffee in the room. Internet connection acceptable. Close to the metro and train station.
Location is not friendly (the neighborhood), dirty on the street but that's Bruxelles. For a single white male I had no problem in the late evening, but I would recommend if possible arriving to the hotel while it is still light outside. Otherwise it may seem a little scary at first

I really liked the location. Public transport connections are excellent, and all major points of interest in the city center are easily reachable on foot or by metro. The nearest metro station is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. There are also several very nice breakfast places nearby if you don’t feel like eating at the hotel, and a supermarket is conveniently close as well (about a two-minute walk).
The reception staff were the loveliest people: helpful, open, and genuinely kind. Many thanks for all the help :)
One small inconvenience was the bathroom layout. While there were towel hooks on the door and a heated towel rail, towels didn’t always dry properly. Storage space was limited to the sink area and a small shelf on the mirror, which made it a bit tight for two adults. Overall, it was manageable; definitely not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of.
