The location was excellent, just a short stroll to the Grand Place. Easy to park our car in the underground garage of the hotel when we arrived and collect when we left.
My husband had been struggling with his mobility and couldn't use the shower over the bath, but the staff were quick to move us without fuss to a lovely alternative room. We really appreciated this.
Unfortunately, the walk-in shower had a 1cm gap on either side of the door, which meant the floor got soaked as the shower was lovely and powerful.

location nearby to the Brussels Central Station, with a walking distance. The room is a bit small but has a nice bed.

It’s really close to the central train station, and the city center is just a short walk away. You can easily find everything you need near the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are very helpful and responsive to needs. I arrived very early in the morning and asked for an early check in. They did their best to allow me a check in before 3:00 pm. And kindly stored my luggage in the meantime. I was selected as the VIP for the day, what a pleasant surprise!
