Pleasant
Constant noise, had to wear earplugs. I specifically asked for a more quiet room. The bed was awful. Run down hotel, not sure where the 4 stars come from.

Wonderful
The hotel’s easy access was the main highlight. Located right next to Brussels Central Station, I was able to walk there in just five minutes. In addition, its proximity to the Grand Place and other city attractions makes the stay even more convenient. Excellent value for money — I highly recommend it!

Wonderful
The staff was warm and friendly from the start. The bartender (Josef) was also a pleasure to talk too. The room size was fantastic and when we brought friends they were impressed with our accommodations.
Nothing major. 1. if you have a signature cocktail it should be made in all the bars. There was a special event going on so we never got to use the rooftop bar. Also, 36 euro is way to expensive to make it worth while when there a many good quaility eateries available for reasonable prices. Be more competitive to get us to stay.

Wonderful
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is excellent, literally just a few steps from the central train station and the Grand Place. My room was spacious with a stunning view of the Gothic civic tower. I also appreciated the complimentary shampoo and body lotion. Every day they added coffee, teas, and cookies and the welcome kit even included candies, very cute!
I would have appreciated proper water dispensers in the lobby and some apples for guests, instead of just a slow-flowing jar with a detox infusion. Many hotels usually offer purified water where you can choose between fresh or room temperature. Breakfast was also quite expensive at €30 per person.

The location is unbeatable. A few steps to the main tourist places and also a few steps from the Brussels central station
The pillows were not comfy. It had very small pillows and a very large pillow. Having regular size ones will make the bed more comfortable

Very Good
Very comfortable room. Plenty of room for two people. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing of the city. The location is right in the centre and very close to the central train station.
The rooftop bar was shut on one of the two evenings we stayed as they had a private event, we were sent to the brasserie which then closed and the main bar downstairs didn’t seem to serve drinks. Breakfast was expensive.

Exceptional
This hotel is centrally located and is close to many restaurants and shops. It is easy walking distance around the city. The people were friendly and helpful.
I liked everything about this city, except there are a lot of pickpockets. My friend lost his suitcase on the train. His suitcase was stolen prior to the train departing the station.
