The location was perfect for my needs, close to the train station and everything I wanted to see and do. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.
The mini-fridge did not work. I mentioned it to front desk staff, but it did not get fixed while I was there. Other than this, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to friends.

Plenty of desk space to work remotely, and lots of great restaurants footsteps away
If I'm not mistaken there was a form that said that the wifi is pay per use, which is unheard of. I ended up using my phone hotspot so I could work remotely. The wifi should be as simple as providing a password to the guest, free, and accessible throughout the hotel. Especially for a hotel that's supposed to be 4 stars and above.
And on a different note, the hand soap dispenser needed to be replenished in my room. I could have said something to the staff, but I had my own soap to use and was only staying one night, and didn't want to complain over something trivial.

The staff were lovely and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was cozy and had most things I needed. The breakfast buffet was also very substantial and varied (the croissants were heavenly and excellent sausages!). The gentleman greeting me for the breakfast buffet was especially pleasant and started the day off nicely.
The location was a few streets away from Grand-Place and very close to the train station - a 3-minute walk to one of the entrances, so very convenient for daytrips and the airport.
Beware the light switch mystery! There seemed to be no way to turn off the bedside light without the hall light being on without getting up to switch off the hall light (which turned them all off). The gentleman at the front desk came up and couldn't work it out either. However, as there was only me, I had not tried the switches at the far side of the bed and eventually found that one of those switches turned everything off. Not fun to be messing around with after midnight.
The stirrers and sugar from the tea/coffee tray were not replenished in the 3 days, although cups were changed out and the milk replaced..
TV channels were very limited. There seemed to be only one or two news channels available late at night, and of the few more earlier in the evening, all were news or channels showing true crime or crime shows. Not everyone wants to watch violence when trying to relax! No option to cast.
The glass divider on the bathtub was not quite sufficient. If you use the hand shower, there is no way to avoid soaking the floor no matter how hard you try not to.
As the fridge wasn't very cold, I asked for an ice bucket and a corkscrew as I had a half-bottle of wine that I wanted to op
en for while I was packing, and I was told that they don't supply corkscrews to rooms, so I would have to go to the rooftop bar and ask them to open it. I also had to call room service for the ice bucket (which took 20 minutes as the person doing the room service had to go to another floor to get it). Since I had to go to the bar to get my bottle opened anyway, I would have been happy to pick up the ice and bucket at the same time. It should have been easier....I just wanted to get changed for bed and relax.
Also, be careful not to put expensive chocolate boxes directly on the fridge shelf as there is a lot of condensation which soaked the bottom of one of my chocolate boxes so I could no longer gift them.
I would also suggest more hooks in the bathroom for hand towels.

We booked this hotel for a weekend away, the location is absolutely perfect, on a quieter street with the main centre of Brussels around the corner, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The lobby and front of the hotel are beautiful, our room was a little small but perfectly clean with a spacious bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The Roof Top bar is lovely with a great view and great service, would definitely stay here again.
Some more information about the hotel upon check in would have been nice.

Ottima struttura
I extended my holiday and was given the same room. In fact, the next morning I had to pack my bags and move downstairs, with a room overlooking the restaurant kitchen. As a result, I couldn't keep the window open, and obviously, it was inconvenient to move my bags. Management believes these circumstances need to be monitored more closely.
