Breakfast was great they had a fabulous selection
Service at the Chutney bar/restaurant was terrible waiting ages for meals also staff at the rooftop restaurant were slow in serving appeared very disinterested in their job spent more time chatting to each other

Disappointing
The location is good.
1)The room (524) was very noisy as it is next to the lift. On the top of that cleaning staff starts their daily activities around 8 am rattling the buckets along the corridor and at 8.30 am they already impatiently banging on your door and then let themselves in. Shocking.
2) However, when they have chance to clean they don't do it properly - room is very dusty, wine glasses left in the room unwashed.
3) The pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bath is very slippery inside , no rubber mat provided.
4) The TV does not working properly - the pictures are attached.

Perfectly placed, close to Grand Place and the restaurant streets. Old classic style hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.
Some areas could do with an upgrade. Shower was old and did not work well.
