The rooms were excellent Breakfast was very good ample and lots of variety The roof top bar is very atmospheric Free Pool table is a nice feature.
Very handily located a few yards from Central Station.
Literally the only issue was a light bulb failed in the bathroom

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Brussels. It has a reassuring, traditional charm that immediately makes you feel safe and at home. Comfortable, cosy, and with a genuinely warm atmosphere, supported by brilliant and helpful staff.
The location is excellent — just a short walk from Central Station and within easy reach of all the main attractions.
The rooftop terrace and bar are a real highlight, perfect for relaxing with a cocktail while enjoying views over the city.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Brussels.

Great breakfast, room very comfortable and clean
Room windows did not block street noise effectively. Woke up early due to loud street sounds (e.g., glass trash bin collection).

When I went to check it I was told I was at the wrong hotel and that I should try the other related hotel, until I showed my booking. Not ideal first impression, and I was there for a business travel and was wearing professional work attire!
Then, the fitness room and sauna were out of order. This is why I selected the Warwick above other hotels! I was told there was a room provided but without equipment! This should have been communicated and some kind of Conor station provided. Not a good impression.

Very close and easy access from/to central train station, galleries, and grand place. Staff was very accommodating and responsive when we had an issue with an inconsiderate guest above making loud and consistent noise and she refused to stop.
Bathtub was high and very narrow. I imagine it could be a problem for older people or people with mobility issues.
