Wonderful
Great location, short walk from the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room and bed were comfortable and bathroom had a full size bath. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well presented. An excellent place to stay in Brussels.

The location is amazing. One block from the Centraal Station and a very short walk to the Grand Place and all of the beautiful sights worth visiting in Brussels. The hotel is clean and lovely. It has a beautiful lounge in the lobby and a great rooftop bar with views of the old part of the city. Perfect in the summer when the sun is still setting at 9:30 pm. Brussels is a great city to visit and central to see so many other cities in Belgium. We were able to visit Ghent, Bruge, Antwerp, and Dinant from Brussels with just a short 2 minute to the train station from this hotel. Highly recommend.

It was beautiful, clean and extremely well situated.
Even though most of the staff was friendly, we particularly liked the staff at the breakfast and The Chutney some members at the front desk lack a bit of acknowledgment when people are waiting. My check inn was quite cold.

Location, the fact the windows opened,rooftop bar. Decore in the bar lounge.
Reception , was told our room was not ready by one person without checking, went to another as was greeted completely different and the room was ready.

Battub/shower was really weird. Had to step pretty far up to get in. Glass shower door only covered about 1/3 of the bathtub so water just sprayed everywhere

Superb central location, just steps from the door you have bars, cafes, shops, and all the beauty and bustle of old Brussels. There couldn't be a better location.
There was major construction/demolition on some basement-floor are of the hotel underway, with jackhammering for hours. We arrived exhausted and badly needed a nap, but it was impossible with the head-splitting noise that wouldn't stop. Until the evening, then at least we could sleep at night. But it is unacceptable to have such pounding racket all day long, and certainly not to have warned us. It was a truly miserable day.

Front desk exceptional, except for one concierge, but the others were very helpful.
Room was too cold, and it took several tries to get it warmer. It would have been nice to have something other than runny scrambled eggs as the egg offering each day.

Location is favorable. Very near to city attractions and train station.
Bedbug!!! Around 4 a.m. I had to change the room. The front desk personnel was too kind to solve my problem. Nevertheless next day (or shall I call it the same day) I would have a very important meeting with the commission for all day long, and I was quite down after the long trip to reach Brussels and long battle with bedbugs. And today I had to take off from work to disinfect all my stuff which I brought to Brussels. I also heard that there was a small fire at the kitchen at the day time, hopefully responded quickly.

Great location, that’s the best part. Breakfast was great, there’s a lot to choose from. Staff were friendly as well
No vents in the bathroom at all. It rained the day we arrived and my clothes stayed wet (hanging) all through our stay. That’ll definitely be a bummer for a longer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The reception staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They were always happy to help and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
