Very Good
Hotel was clean, the rooftop bar was lovely, location, very central and parking easy.
The food in the Brasserie was not the best standard.

Wonderful
The location is perfect. Only 2-3 minutes away from the Grand Place.
The roof bar view is excellent.
The rooms are comfortable and big enough.
I can stay at that hotel again!
Thank you.
The roof bar don't have enough food. I recommend to add some extra option.
The room bar was empty and it was not working properly.

Wonderful location, a well maintained hotel.
35 euros a night is a bit high.

Fair
The location is perfect if you would like to be close to the main train station. The bed was very comfortable.
The sink in the room was blocked. The shower gel bottle was empty. No slippers in the room - which I always find in 4-star hotels around Europe. We had asked for a packed breakfast for the morning, which was not prepared - obviously, there was a lack of communication between staff members and the previous member did not make a note of it even though it had also been mentioned in the email exchange. 50€ deposit was charged from my card, which I realised upon our return that it was not cancelled - only after I emailed the hotel was the transaction of it cancelled. Overall, despite looking like a 4-star hotel, I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are overpriced for the service they offer.

Good
Great location, really near everything, with cafes, transportation, cafes all around.
The rooms are really small, the bathroom and bathtub was tiny. The whole room was low, even the main door. My husband is 6'4" and hit his head on the showerhead several times. Very surprising because the guests were mainly European and very tall. Aside from that, the place is quite good, especially the location.

We were upgraded immediately when our room was not ready at check in

Very Good
Wonderful staff, beyond friendly and accommodating. Beautiful lobby and great location near Grand Place sights and restaurants.
Property a bit outdated and dusty in room. Shower didn’t work in original room, so had to be moved to another. Staff was wonderful, but wish the facilities were updated a bit.

Pleasant
Location is perfect to explore the city center. Price is pretty reasonable, also we had free early check in, thanks for that
Bath is old and dirty, room was different from the pic and small (which is I understand - Europe size). Towels and bathrobes are pretty used. We asked for cola and waited 1 h, didn’t get it and than reception reacted aggressively …
