Very convenient location. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Lovely views.
I think the check in process soured us to the hotel. When we arrived, at 3pm (check-in time) we were informed that the room wasn't ready and were offered a drink voucher for one of their restaurants/bars. Then the reception called the cleaning staff and determined that indeed the room was indeed ready and immediately tucked the voucher away. I made a comment, that it would be a lovely treat as it already had been offered, but alas reception did not even acknowledge my comment. So, we ended up eating and drinking around the city and did not spend any time or money on the Warwick's amenities. Also, the shower lacked water pressure. A disappointment - we hated having to use it. I think bathroom upgrades are in order.

I has requested for extra 2 hours on the late check out but they didn't receive my request from booking. The night front desk personnel who checked me in was very pleasant; however, the morning personnel weren't that polite.

This is a very nice hotel. The room is of a comfortable size and the bed is very comfortable.
The sound proof between floors is not as good as I expected, as I could hear every step of the upstairs guest. There is no hot water kettle in the room.

Location was perfect for visiting the parts of Brussels I wanted to see in my short visit. The rooftop bar has an incredible view of the Grand Place and Town Hall and the Rue du Marche aux Fromages. Every one of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful
Location was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of variety, good coffee. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Secret rooftop bar had a great view and cocktail menu.
Noisy at nighttime with guests coming in at all hours.
