Reception staff were great, we were celebrating an Anniversary and they put balloons in the room, left a card and chocolates and a card for complimentary drinks in the rooftop bar. Location was perfect, central to everything we wanted to see by foot. Loved the rooftop bar and views.

Excellent facility with a degree of style. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The proximity to the Grand Place was an added bonus. The train station(Brussels Central) is also a very short walk away. The restaurant, Chutney's had a very good menu and overall ambiance. The rooftop bar is also an added bonus feature.
No concerns or issues with this property.

This is a very atractive hotel down a quiet street which is very close to Brussels Central train station, the grande place, cathedral and a number of the museums. It would be hard to find a more convenient location for visiting the main sites of Brussels. It is also perfect for taking day trips by train to Brugge and Ghent. The hotel loby and rooms exude the feeling of a 4-5 star hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a good shower and nice bed.
The AC (in October - I like my room cold) was not great and because the hotel is located across from an entertainment venue opening windows was noisy for most of the night (Friday!). The hotel explained they were not allowed by law to have an effective AC system! (Possible gaslighting). The restaurant is more like a pub than a classy joint. Food was good but nothing exciting.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Brussels
Too short stay. We had a dog that slightly barked and the rules are strict. Dogs cannot be left in the room even for a short period of time. Hotel is pet friendly for the night, but pets need to be taken with you during the day.

Great location. Reception lady welcomed me speaking with my language (Japanese) and it was really sweet. Breakfast was good. My room had both tub so I could relax after long day.
