I stayed here several times during the week, and I really enjoyed every stay. The reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, which was great. I also really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner. A special hello to Mario, our waiter, who made two of our evenings especially nice!

Beautiful modern hotel rooms near to Brussels airport.
The bathroom had opaque glass doors so if sharing, need to be really comfortable.
Used an airport taxi, it was 25 euros for a 5 minute journey.

The hotel was close to the airport and was quite large with a great restaurant and a bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It was great for us, but if you are hoping to walk into town it wasn't close so you would need to take a bus or another form of transportation. They do offer a shuttle for the airport which was wonderful.

Very comfortable bed,fantastic shower,very good breakfast pure orange juice(no chepo version) fantastic variety,lovely staff, but very expensive, near airport.
We had no choice but to stay here our flight to Ireland was cancelled. We stayed in the executive room so we expected excellent service and a fantastic room which was not the case.1st of all the room was half cleaned rubbish bin was not cleaned and replaced we did not have tea bags milk etc nothing was replaced had to ask reception it was not done that night only in the afternoon next day as we had to stay 2more days.hotels were fully booked with UK airport disruptions which should not be an excuse for bad service after paying alot of money on this room. I hated that we could not open a window for fresh air and no English tea bags only earl grey rubbish. We had to buy our own English teabags and milk and drinks.we stayed in a lovely wee hotel called thearme spa hotelin grimage was fantastic only a 2star but fantastic ratings and close to were we needed to go for diomand league athletics we were used to comfort and 10star service and the staff were fantastic defo stay there again but as for this so called 4star hotel I would never stay again or recommend it to anyone. But as my friend said at least we had a bed to sleep in not on the airport floor.
