There is no air conditioning, and the ventilation system operates on an automated schedule that no one at the hotel seems to know about or when it is scheduled to run. There is a fly screen, and it closes and opens automatically as well.

The parking was quite spacious for an underground parking in the downtown area, we could park easily with a compact SUV. Also the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet in spite of the vicinity of a busy street. Close to the city centre.

We stayed here for one night before getting the Eurostar early in the morning. Check-in and check-out were very simple and the room was comfortable. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Brussels Midi so perfect for a quick stay before an onward journey.
Quite a bit of noise outside and the area around the hotel was not very nice with a lot of litter/rubbish. This isn't really the fault of the hotel but for those looking for a longer stay than one night be aware the location of this hotel probably isn't ideal.

It was within walking distance from the city centre. The room was so spacious.
There’s a mirror in the bathroom and that’s it, even the lift doesn’t have one. Also no tissues in the room

Breakfast was very good, especially the smoothies, different every morning. The staff were very helpful. Having on-site parking was a big bonus.

Didn’t pre book breakfast, glad we didn’t, but the €5.50 for a coffee and croissant was ok
The underground car park is essential. No safe parking nearby. We got a space ok on arrival but you should be able to rebook.
