I loved the space in the suite. There was plenty of space to make me feel as though I was at home and not staying in a hotel room. It was nicely decorated as well.
I did have to ask for new towels because the ones that were left were not as clean as I would have preferred. But the staff were incredibly fast and apologetic on the matter and rectified it almost immediately.

Very comfortable and clean. Great, quiet location. Walkable to the city centre but also within east reach of all types of transport. Staff friendly and helpful.
We were out sightseeing during the day and had planned to swim every evening but the pool cost 10 a day (this wasnt advertised on the site) and I had chosen the property over other apartments based on it having a pool included.
If you are planning to cook the kitchen is modestly equipped. No kitchen scissors or a tea towel.

Facilities were adequate.
The room had not been cleaned properly - crumbs and hairs on the floor, surfaces not wiped etc. Walls were stained. The upkeep was clearly minimal.

I love Thon apartment location. You are accros the train station, bus station and 10 min walk from the metro. It is a safe area as it is close to the European Union office. The facility is very clean , the apartment was big enough for my mom and I . We stayed for almost a month so we were cooking a lot. Very nice place. As I go to Brussels almost every year, this is the only place I live in!

It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, facilities in the room are good and the apartment was quite spacious with a lovely balcony.
Unfortunately there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed in the living room and the pillows were so thin that you might as well sleep without one.
