The location only
The front office was very unprofessional, she wasn’t help at all, she sent us to a new paint property the smell was horrible and we had to leave quickly and the room was totally different than the photo in booking, after 2:30 hours she moved us to another room and it was very noisy as it is in the street with no cancellation noise windows, they refused to change the room or refund the money or even change the dates to give me another room

The reception staff were brilliant - I arrived after office hours, but someone was there to check-me in. I was daft enough to leave something of value in the room, and receptionist Chang was incredibly helpful and competent in liaising with me to get the item back to me - I really appreciate her help.

The location was good, close to bus station, the property was clean and quiet, a really good experience.
Only thing, I would change it is the bathroom… I would place douche cabins instead of the bathtub, it is not safe.

The location was the best part.
The building was under construction. Because there was no air conditioning or vents and our windows were taped shut for several nights - it was super hot and stuffy. The windows were also blocked by scaffolding and the view outside blocked by a tarp. It was not until I complained and insisted that we either be moved or the plastic removed did they pull down the plastic on one window for the final night. The front desk was also staffed by very inexperienced students who could not help with anything - including selling me an apple from the case of food. All in all it was expensive for a room that should not have been rented.

Spacious well equipped apartment with good facilities. Very handy for the Euro sector.
Some confusion over whether you have extra for the pool when the fitness centre itself is free.

Location was great, rooms were cleaned and well stocked, although they are not serviced and so for longer stays I had to request more tea/coffee and towel change etc.
The Booking.com page appears as if the pool is included in your price, but it is not. Felt a bit cheated by this (10EUR per swim). Notwithstanding the location, the accommodation was expensive and so possibly not the best value for money.

The room is spacious and clean. The lady at the reception helped us park smoothly and gave us the information about our room in great details. We drove there so the location was what we expected, it is outside the city, not far from the European Parliament approx 5 min walk. People may want to go to Trone station if they want to take the underground. There is heating in the room but we left the heat building up for a while, we managed that at the end. Overall it was good experience.

Spacious and fully equipped apartments, we got upgraded to stay nextdoor to our family that was renting in the same weekend. Well insulated, no noise at all. Safe building. They set up a nice camping bed for our kid.
The parking was difficult although spacious enough for SUVs. It would have been nice to be informed upfront about the parking system, though. We got in there before checking in and we had to get in and out several times before parking in the right spot. Apparently many people had the same issue with the parking and in fact the first 2 spots we got assigned by the receptionist were already occupied by other cars causing a bit of frustration after several hours on the road.
Perhaps one easy improvement could be to add pillows and duvets. Or just provide the rooms with larger pillows too.
We also recommend getting a room/apartment in the same building of the pool/fitness center. We didn't use the facilities because we had to go outside to access and found it a bit unpractical with the kids but it's a small walking distance. The paid fee was also not well advertised during reservation. Had we known all of this, we had probably picked another hotel.

I booked the hotel for the locatation and associated gym. The location was good, very close to my meeting. The gym had everything I needed. A proper gym not some scrappy little room with a couple of worn out machines and a few small weights. Their gym has all kinds of aeraobic and weights stations and two studios with classes
Everything is a bit spread out. I was rattling around in a big single room apartment. Very good if you like self catering, but no cafe nearby if you wanted someone else to come up with your breakfast. I only had a two night stay. The hotel looks geared for long term stays, but the price per night was enormous. So overall I regretted my choice.
