We had a double room with large beds, comfy pillows, individual blankets + one extra which we requested.
We found very useful the water fountain at the reception, with cold and fizzy water.
Excellent breakfast, quite varied, for all tastes.
10 meters to subway station that leads to the center of Brussels.
The bathroom seemed a bit dirty, especially at the corners. The color scheme of the tiles doesn't help either. Otherwise, it was all good.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a central location.
My overall impression of the hotel would have been very positive if not for the payment system, which unfortunately turned out to be a nightmare. In addition to the payment for the stay, the hotel placed two separate holds on my card – one at check-in and another at check-out. The money was not returned to my account until a week later, and only after multiple contacts with both the hotel and my bank. Because of this experience, I won't choose this hotel again.

The room had a small window with internal view. The bathroom's shower faucet was broken.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is really great. You get to have plenty of options from eggs, bacon, cheese, fruits, yoghurt, etc. And the hotel is located right in the EU district so it's quite easy to explore that area if you're interested in it.

Everything is top-notch: the beds, the furnishings, the toiletries provided, the quality of the wi-fi connection, and the really helpful and professional staff. The breakfast is also a real treat. Would definitely return.

The room was well sized and had all we needed. Toilet and bathroom with two washbasins were separate. Great choice at breakfast. Its location is not in the most beautiful corner of Brussels, but convenient with the entrance to the metro station Maelbeek just next door. The main European buildings are in walking distance and we enjoyed dinners at the restaurants of the not far away Place du Luxembourg.
