Disappointing
The room was excellent. Well appointed and immaculately equipped.
Food was poor. I like a hot breakfast and the food in the hot plates was not hot enough on ay of the mornings. The evening meal menu was poor. In a hotel of this standard and price you would expect the menu to be changed daily.

I enjoyed my large room with a balcony. However the hotel has two towers so not all rooms may be same. Not needed to say that it is strategically optimally located within the EU quarter of Brussels.

Super luxurious and spacious room with everything you need. A desk, a large and comfortable bed, a shower and a bath, good lighting... The most sumptuous breakfast buffet I have seen in a long time! Close to Rue de la Loi/Berlaymont, convenient for EU visitors.
It was rather expensive, but that is Brussels...

I loved the voucher idea! If you dont want your room to be cleaned, you get 5 euros voucher to use at the bar or be donated. Its amazing and very sustainable!!!

Excellent location. Very good underground parking - good size parking lot, available slots for electric cars, ticket validation at reception. Quiet area, comfortable and nice rooms equipped with coffee machine & tea boiler. Clean and non-stop reception. Very nice ‘mini-bar-like’ shop in the reception area.

We had a double room with large beds, comfy pillows, individual blankets + one extra which we requested. We found very useful the water fountain at the reception, with cold and fizzy water. Excellent breakfast, quite varied, for all tastes. 10 meters to subway station that leads to the center of Brussels.
The bathroom seemed a bit dirty, especially at the corners. The color scheme of the tiles doesn't help either. Otherwise, it was all good.

Water in bath-tube and sinks was under very low pressure - it was very difficult to wash myself!
