The reception staff were friendly, the hotel's location was good, the cleanliness was good, and the room size was good.
The bed mattress needs upgrading, the bathroom needs renovation, and the hotel parking is expensive.

The elevator spacing was super small and pretty tight fitting when it came to stroller and luggage. The WiFi was another downfall when trying to sign in on Apple devices

Breakfast was sent to the room with obviously some extra cost. Location was also very nice.
The room service was very good, however they keep our room open after the room service which we found bit awkward when we were away.

Great location and spacious room. Unexpectedly pleased to receive an upgraded room that had its own sauna inside the room. We decided to extend our stay.

Room was very spacious and very suitable for staying with my wife and 2 kids. The bed was very big, however one of the sides seemed to be a little tilted due to long use.
Would have to pay extra for a baby crib. In the end we did not use as the bed was very spacious.

Very nice clean and spacious room. mini bar stocked with water and coffee every day. hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. about 30 min walk from Gare du Midi.
