Friendly hotel staff, the location, the comfortable bed, and the small sauna in the deluxe room were excellent.
You can hear the tram passing in front of the hotel day and night. The bar has limited opening hours. The room is quite noisy and the interior feels somewhat outdated, as does the wellness area. I expected better value for money from a four-star hotel.

The hotel was in a nice area, stunning interior and very clean. The staff were all fabulous! We was lucky to get a double upgrade with a sauna in our room which was a lovely touch. The food in the restaurant was top tier & of the highest standard. Would highly recommend this hotel, staying here made our trip!

Staff were professional and pleasant
Breakfast was limited in the selection of cold items ( cheese, meat, bread fresh fruit) whilst the hot selection was both very limited, unimaginative and slightly cold Whilst the bed was very comfortable , the room was very sparsely furnished and the TV'S, rather un-attractive mobile stand was broken with the TV aligned at 30 Degrees to the horizontal was unwatchable.

The elevator spacing was super small and pretty tight fitting when it came to stroller and luggage. The WiFi was another downfall when trying to sign in on Apple devices
