The location is perfect, close to the shopping street and within walking distance to everything. After a very long trip with multiple flights and a train connection, I was exhausted, so I was really happy to receive a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the cleaning was very good. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel is very close to the heart of the city. Near the hotel, there are tram and metro stations that allow you to reach all the tourist attractions. It is close to the train station (15 minutes on foot), the city center, and the European Parliament (30 minutes on foot). There are many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets in the area. The hotel was clean, we received bottles of water every day, 2–3 of them, even though we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The room has a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a kettle.
Slippers were not provided, and there was no shoehorn.

The staff were very friendly, and the room had a warm and inviting decoration. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and minibar, which added to our convenience. We also enjoyed the beautiful view, which made our stay even more pleasant.
I am not a fan of lifts, and there were only two available for so many rooms, which caused traffic during peak hours. Since we were on the 8th floor, the lift stopped on every floor, and sometimes it was full, so we couldn’t get in. In cases like this, I don’t mind taking the stairs, but these were a bit unpleasant, dark, and the exit to the ground floor wasn’t well marked.

the shower was weird I don’t know if all the rooms are like the one i had, but the shower/tub was dangerous to get in and out of with an extra high tub wall with the safety rail to grab on to was not in the right place! Once you are standing in the tub to take a shower there was no room for your feet as the tub walls were slanted. You felt as though you were off balance snd going to slip the entire time!

Nice location and very decent size room. Separate toilet detached from bathroom.
The only available lift was not working on multiple occasions. Had to carry luggage via stairs. We got stuck in the lift and had to force open the door.
