Spacious room, big bed, room darkening blinds, great location
There are 2 elevators for the entire 10 floor hotel, and one was out of order my entire stay. My room smelled like an ashtray, so I had to change rooms to one that smelled only faintly of smoke. A little noisy - You can hear everything above you, beside you and everything in the hallway

Hello, I am staying at the above booking room but I am not satisfied with the service. The sanitation of the bathroom and toilet is not good. The bathroom has visible glass door and without a key for the lock. When I contacted the reception and then the manager both said that there is no key and it will be same if it’s so. The manager visited and said that there is no solution and no others can answer for this. I asked whether he is the highest or if there is an other, he answered that he is the final answerable. Both of them didn’t talk in a polite way. I asked him if he can e mail me the right reasons but he said no. He said that this is for security reasons but when I asked if it doesn’t apply for the toilet, he didn’t give me the right answer. I asked how I can keep my privacy with my other family members and he said that this is not a shared room or shared bathroom. I told that I need to keep my privacy. He said that he doesn’t have a solution. He talked in wrong ways too. I said that this is not also not mentioned that the bathroom does not have a key. I asked him whether he understood that this is not an acceptable reason and it should not be common in other rooms or hotels he said that he doesn’t know about this. I didn’t get a responsible answer or reason and I am not satisfied with the stay. I hope that you are able to inquire about this for a satisfied stay for me.

No AC It was good hotel but I needed to extend my stay one more night they changed my to other rooms which was the same room type but very hot rooms and they put fan in the rooms the other rooms don’t have the same because it was good and when I asked to increase the Air in the room they said we can’t do anything but in the morning while we checked out the room was good not hot as night I didn’t know why they changed my rooms and said it’s already booked the rooms are the same in everything only the AC

Everything! The room was spacious and beautiful, with a private sauna in it. Bathrooms were also spacious and thoughtfully designed, and storage space was adequate. The hotel's location was great too, and the staff super helpful and informative.
Breakfast was a bit pricey, and one of the two elevators in the hotel was not functioning at the time of my stay which made things a bit challenging.
