the location is ideal as you are 5 min walking distance from a major shopping area (Av Toison d'or), there are great restaurants within walking distance (rue des Bouchers), and trams and metros just around the corner.
The rooms are good, the staff welcoming, the breakfast is very generous, and the bar is very nice.
also, if you have a car they have their own parking, very useful...
One night - this was during Tommorowland weekend - our downstairs neighbours decided to extend the party to their room at 2 AM...
it took 2 visits from the hotel staff before things went back to being quiet

This was my third stay. This time I had a room with a big terrace and a lovely view, which was perfect for enjoying the sun. The room had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, the room was always clean & the location is great with lots of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.
The only downside was our check-in experience. The staff member who welcomed us upon arrival was not very friendly, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Fortunately, the other staff members we interacted with during the rest of our stay were much friendlier and helpful, which made our overall experience much more pleasant.

Very nice rooms, exactly as shown on picture; bathroom was brand new and clean, liked it very much!
The cleaning staff handled everything with care and the check-in was easy too.
Also nice and safe surroundings
Only small minus: We didnt eat breakfast, because it was too expensive

There are 2 elevators for the entire 10 floor hotel, and one was out of order my entire stay.
My room smelled like an ashtray, so I had to change rooms to one that smelled only faintly of smoke.
A little noisy - You can hear everything above you, beside you and everything in the hallway

It was good hotel but I needed to extend my stay one more night they changed my to other rooms which was the same room type but very hot rooms and they put fan in the rooms the other rooms don’t have the same because it was good and when I asked to increase the Air in the room they said we can’t do anything but in the morning while we checked out the room was good not hot as night
I didn’t know why they changed my rooms and said it’s already booked the rooms are the same in everything only the AC

Everything! The room was spacious and beautiful, with a private sauna in it. Bathrooms were also spacious and thoughtfully designed, and storage space was adequate. The hotel's location was great too, and the staff super helpful and informative.
Breakfast was a bit pricey, and one of the two elevators in the hotel was not functioning at the time of my stay which made things a bit challenging.

I really appreciated the friendly receptionist who gave me a room upgrade! The room was huge, looked over Avenue Louise and had really excellent and adjustable air conditioning. The room looked nice, very clean and safe, everything worked well. I liked the TV with those channel options. I appreciated all the efforts to be environmentally friendlier. The option to use the bar credit to donate to charity is a nice touch. The staff in the dining room were very nice and accommodating, and I enjoyed my meal. I noticed the bar was set up for the World Cup match later. The complimentary water in the room fridge and the self-service water drinking water dispenser in the lobby were really great.
I only have small observations. The split recycling bin in the bedroom was not super well labeled so it was not clear what goes where. The bathroom was lovely; however when the time comes for the next refurbishment, please consider non-slip floor tiles! The snack purchasing facility in the lobby was really useful when I arrived in late; however some snacks that are a little less 'minibar' in style ( very salty/ very sweet) would have been nice.

This time it was good due to room was behind and not on the main street side. With kids and infant it is important that the sleep should be without noise.
Bed mattress was not the best one.
