Good location, friendly staff (almost everyone except a few grumpy receptionists; an extra smile when you return from a hard day's work is always appreciated...). I really liked the big room with view over avenue Louise and the uncommon opportunity to be upgraded in a room with private sauna, truly highly appreciated! :) I also liked the handy and practical small self-service display/shop for drinks and snacks, located in front of the reception area.

This hotel was in a great location for my work event and also an easy 20min walk to the touristy things eg Grand Place, Mannequin Pis etc. My room 605 was huge and the hotel had considered my request of being on a higher floor on the quiet side of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The little gaufre snack on offer at the front desk in the afternoon is a nice touch. The gym is fabulous, the sauna even better. So good to have a quality coffee maker, kettle and fridge available in the room. The cleaning team do a great job.
