Our bedroom was absolutely spotless, with a super comfy, large bed and wonderful bathroom.
The location was great, being just out of the city centre, so it was much quieter. This does mean a 2km walk to Grand Place, but it's a nice walk and the Übers are excellent - costing around 7€ for 3 of us.
There are local shops and plenty of small bistros, cafés, pizzerias and grocery stores close by.
Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are small, but the sofa was a bed for our daughter - that opened into a proper bed, so that took up more space. She's a teen and was very comfortable on it. The site is no problem when you're only sleeping there.
Nothing not to like and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location was great
There was no fridge in the room and no ice in the hotel at all, no milk for the coffee. The coffee was not refilled after the first day, the staff at the front desk weren’t particularly helpful. The hotel feels a bit run down.

I didn’t like how cramped the breakfast room felt. I would explore other layout options to make the room easier to navigate with a lot of people in it.

Breakfast buffet had nice food. Location is within walking distance to tourist venues of Brussels but is calm enough, safe and quiet. Staff was very nice and polite, despite our late arrival and checking in. They responded to our inquiry via Booking.com app very quick and that was very helpful.
The hotel website recommends using nearby parking buildings but according to google reviews there are many break-ins reported. Was not sure but from my past experience in Brussels, I sense it may be safier to park your car at nearby streets.

The lobby of the hotel is a bit deceiving...not very warm and a bit dated but the rooms are beautiful! Clean and spotless!! Very unassuming building but the staff, breakfast, rooms, bed, everything was excellent!

Chic and well maintained, location in a quiet but still accessible neighborhood. The room was spacious but the layout was a bit awkward(corner of the bed is almost touching the TV making it hard to get through to the other aide of bed)
There was only one elevator and it was slow, not a huge problem. A minifridge would be nice but we knew it beforehand.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good - a lot of tasty options to choose from. The room was also quite spacious and clean. The location is pretty good, ~10 minutes from any bus/metro you might need.

We had 2 rooms. One for my wife and me and the other for my 2 children who are both above 18. Both rooms were very nice and ours was really big. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, fresh fruit, salmon and assorted food. They have a very good coffee machine. I would highly recommend you reserve a room with breakfast included. There is a also a coffee machine in every room. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from a metro station and a 30 minute walk from Brussel's Grand Place.
We had 1 issue with our room and that was the sound the AC made. They did not replenish the coffee pods in either room.

The staff was very kind, they upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. They also helped us about how to use the transportation in the city centre. We had a great time when we drink our espressos in the balcony of our room.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the location because it was close to Eurostar terminal, but it was also within walking distance to all the sights, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby too.
The one lift, with a 3 person limit, is not so convenient, but we were on floors 2 and 3 so could take the stairs. Not much that can be done about that I suppose.
