Perfect location, nice view from the room
We booked a Deluxe double room with balcony and we ended up with 2 single beds side by side (not even attached) - very disappointing. The bathroom was large but the shower super narrow.

Nice location, Spacious room(mine , at least) Good wifi Nice breakfast.
End of October, and the heating system all day long wasn t functioning in my roof top room. Only at night the room started getting warmer. I asked what was happening but didn t get a clear answer. Only one elavator for 8 floors and people going up and down all the time , isn t enough Dark and narrow corridors , on each floor , leading to the rooms.

Beautiful hotel in Art Deco style. Comfortable rooms Room cleaned every day. Very helpful friendly staff.
Room was a little too warm as there was underfloor heating. I kept the window open all night to let some air in.

Our bedroom was absolutely spotless, with a super comfy, large bed and wonderful bathroom. The location was great, being just out of the city centre, so it was much quieter. This does mean a 2km walk to Grand Place, but it's a nice walk and the Übers are excellent - costing around 7€ for 3 of us. There are local shops and plenty of small bistros, cafés, pizzerias and grocery stores close by. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are small, but the sofa was a bed for our daughter - that opened into a proper bed, so that took up more space. She's a teen and was very comfortable on it. The site is no problem when you're only sleeping there. Nothing not to like and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice location for the south of Brussels and to see some of the art nouveau stuff. Clean, comfy bed, nice smelling shower gels and friendly staff. Decent breakfast and fun decor.
One slow tiny lift for 8 floors of hotel is really not enough.

Location was great
There was no fridge in the room and no ice in the hotel at all, no milk for the coffee. The coffee was not refilled after the first day, the staff at the front desk weren’t particularly helpful. The hotel feels a bit run down.

The stuff was nice, breakfast had a lot of options, a few minutes walk to the metro station
We stayed 6 nights and they didn’t changed the sheets on the bed.
