Very Good
Great and economical place to stay for 1 night near Brussels Midi. We were upgraded to a top-floor room upon check-in, which was very nice and had views all around of the city. Easy check-in/checkout. Quiet location. Elevator for moving luggage.
Everything was fine, but our AC was broken, which made the stay a little uncomfortable. We checked in at 7 p.m. and didn't let the hotel know until later that evening, when it became an issue. They sent someone to look at it, but by then it was too late for a technician to repair it. Since we were only there 1 night and could open the windows, it was manageable, but hopefully it will be fixed for future guests.

Good
Liked the decor and coziness.
You could hear the water pipes (?) inside the walls sometimes for almost 1 hour on end!

Poor
Good location
Bed sheets are low quality and the air conditioning didn’t function, plus the heating system in the bathroom malfunctioning making the room 28 degrees Celsius, and it smelled like septic sewage in my bathroom.

Very Good
Nice location, quiet yet central. Good neighbourhood with restaurants and bars a couple of blocks away (meaning no night-time noise in the streets). Not much traffic passing by, either. Nearest metro is a 4 minute walk away.
The hotel is great, in and of itself. However, the checking in process was a nightmare. One person at the desk, meticulously staring into his computer screen, clicking the odd key on his keyboard once every minute, staring some more, then clicking another key... it took roughly 10 minutes for each guest/room. With 4 people in front of us, we ended up spending 40 minutes in the reception area. Not the best start to any vacation. Please fix this - either swap the guy for someone else, or streamline things a bit more. Checking in should never take more than 3 minutes.

Poor
Not much. I decided to cancel and find another place. It’s a run down hotel that is not even 3 star.
The room was decent
Staff - front desk larger gentleman. Full of attitude. Was super nice to one of his staff and then instantly changed mood when talking to visitors. Consider getting him out of front desk duties

Very Good
I liked the hotel, The location is good, close to the station, the hotel is good, clean, the rooms are comfortable.
The only thing that was very unpleasant was that during breakfast a woman from the hotel staff was sitting there watching who was eating what and how many pieces they took. This was very unpleasant. No one can eat more than they are full, don't do that, and finally, we paid for our breakfast.

Great place to stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and within walking distance of all the main attractions.

Good
Really nice place, close to the Old Town and the shopping district. Some small shops nearby. The room was clean, nice shower, nice beds.
Very small room, almost no place to turn around. It was also quite noisy, we could hear almost everything happening in the corridor and in the other rooms. There was a tablet next to the bed greeting us and acting as an info center/remote control for the TV, but it was kinda useless. I’d suggest adding an option to use room service (order food) there. Otherwise, I don’t really see a need for it. I’d appreciate if there were more bathroom cabinets - there was almost no space to store toiletries. Same with bedside tables, and there was no closet, just a rack. I’m not sure that would work well for everyone.

the breakfast don't have not much have a selection. I have been eating the same menu for three consecutive days.
As a customer/tourist, I wish that changing menus everyday could be the best way .

Poor
Very poor service and hospitality. We chose a hotel for this trip because we specifically needed a lift for our three suitcases. We were not informed that the lift is under maintenance, no assistance was given nor offered while we were bringing the suitcases down the steep stairwell, and not even water was offered when we were done. No apologies either.
This hotel does not deserve to be called a hotel. Not even a hostel.
