The location simply cannot be beaten. Tucked away in the vibrant heart of Brussels, it serves as the ultimate base for exploring on foot. Step outside and you are immediately immersed in the city's character—strolling through narrow cobblestone walkways, admiring the stunning architecture, and discovering a endless array of lively bars, cozy cafes, and exceptional local restaurants just around the corner.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, quiet, and comfortable, but what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless.

friendly staff and great location - lovely hotel
the bathroom sink is round so the water tends to splash out and the shower head keeps moving so hard to keep straight and get under it. But both not really bad issues

Great central location, beautiful property, and lovely staff. We had everything we needed and there were some great extra touches like filtered water available on every floor, drinks and snacks at check in, and high quality toiletries.
We were mostly quite comfortable, but we did find the bedding a bit lacking. The mattress toppers frequently slipped off the small beds, making sleeping a bit precarious.
