Very Good
Kind and helpings staff, modern look if the hotel, good location- well connected to downtown. Breakfast is good.
Rooms should be much cleaner, floor was not vacumed, bathroom was dirty- layers of dirt in bathtub, sinks and toilet. Sofa in sitting area needs deep cleaning as well. A 5 star hotel should pay much more attention to cleanliness!

We choosed a junior suite, which is comfortable, with a large bathroom, large shower cabin. Nice living room. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful and friendly (especially Diana and Bastien, many thanks!). The swimming pool is large and very well maintained. Also, good restaurants-Le Cinq and Tang Dynasty. Very close to Saint-Luc Hospital, 5 minutes walk.
Pillows not very comfortable. The breakfast is a little bit overpriced…Inappropriate selection of Nespresso capsules, some days only decaffeinated…

Wonderful
Spacious and comfortable room, very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The hotel has a calm atmosphere and the facilities are well maintained.
Parking is quite expensive. No decaf coffee provided in the room. The wellness area has no steam sauna, which was a bit disappointing.

Outstanding experience. Amazing facilities, especially the gym and pool area. Enjoyed a really nice stay and had a good opportunity to experience all the amenities of the hotel. Decent staff and a nice bar in the center of the hotel, where you can sit for longer duration.
Parking on-site is too expensive.

Lack of seating around the pool 8 chairs is totally inadequate we asked for more to no avail. The safe in our room didn’t work unfortunately
