It's just simply not worth the money, you are being overcharged for each and everything in this hotel, from a bottle of water,breakfast, to the room itself, i don't mind to pay more for more quality and comfort, but this just doesn't make any sense...
The size of the room, i booked a deluxe room 55m2, no way this room was 55m2. Then they offered me a junior suite, same story, very disappointing space. Asked for extra sugar in the room at the reception. They brought litterly 2 sugar sticks while i was staying for 3 days.(so greedy) Room service dinner highly overpriced. A bottle of water costs 6 euro.Totally no sense charging you crazy extra much for litterly no reason. Very disappointing 5 star hotel. The Spa, 45 euro p.p. not included in the price of the room. There is 1 Hamam and 1 very very small sauna. Your only allowed to use the swimming pool if you book 24 hours in advance, after doing that you are allowed to swim for max. 20 minutes (no joke)...45 euro p.p.??!!

The room service was top notch. This hotel is not a place to stay - it's an institution that sets that bar for all other 5 star hotels. We will 100% be back.
