Loved the rooms, restaurants, spa and wellness facilities. The staff were top notch. The room was super comfortable - amazing beds, lovely marble soaker tubs, high end linens. The room service was top notch.
This hotel is not a place to stay - it's an institution that sets that bar for all other 5 star hotels. We will 100% be back.

The Ac is not working and they didn’t t know how to fix it for 3 days . But they provided me with a fan when i asked for one.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfy. The place is very close to the train station and the building looks good.
The bathroom does not have a motorized vent and the street is kinda noisy.

Staff very kind and helpful. Great environment and sevice. We had some issues with the heating and it was settled in few minutes.
The toilet seat is too small and low. Door is rather tight. It should be improved considering the beautiful environment they have. The water pressure in the shower and tub was very low too it can be improved
