Upon arrival I asked a question to Mr. Dias who promptly answered my query. A few minutes later he was at the reception speaking to us. He was polite and well- mannered and accompanied us to our room. We asked about a taxi to the airport and breakfast the following day. He informed that he would take care of it. We later received a letter in our room confirming taxi pick-up and had organized a breakfast box early morning since breakfast only opened at 07:00 am. A true gentleman and professional.

Fantastic spa. Book the pool ahead of time if you want to swim. Hotel rooms are very big and spacious with a luxurious European vibe!
AC wasn't working in my room and the maintenance guy said he couldn't fix it. It wasn't hot but the room got a little bit stuffy at night because we were having warmer than usual spring weather. I slept with the windows open, which was noisy, but fine.

From the moment we stepped in to the hotel we were made to feel welcome, the staff could not do enough to help and they were all so friendly. The hotel was breathtaking, the room was stunning and one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in and the cocktails and food in the bar were amazing. We will definitely return!

The room was sizeable and comfortable. However, for a person with some difficulties of moving (especially getting up) the toilet is not comfortably situated. More toilet space and a better standing shower would be preferable; a bathtub seems antediluvian these days.
The breakfast selection is somewhat meaner, although the additional items you can order are good.

The location and my memory of it as a very nice hotel when it was a Conrad. Alas — only a memory now.
The once glamorous hotel is now a cheaply run embarrassment with bare and badly decorated rooms, a substandard basic breakfast (for EUR 40) looking unappetising and clearly with major hygiene problems. The Steigenberger group has really destroyed a once elegant property and needs to be removed from managing it. Our Junior Suite had some remnants of an elegant hotel, but also had the carpeting of a cheap motel. The reception staff were unresponsive and not once picked up the phone when called from the room.

Beautiful centrally located hotel. The hotel staff upgraded me to a junior suite and there was a box of local artisan chocolates waiting for me which was a wonderful and appreciated surprise. Very nice breakfast as well.

we stayed here just for a couple of night but everything was really amazing the hotel its really nice, everything its really well done position is top very cose to the vibrant part of the city , beautiful gallery of vintage and mid-century forniture , nice bar like chez richard where you can have a drink or glass wine surrounded of nice people Christophe Dias needs a special mention , he is the guest relation of the hotel and he is the guy , he was so nice with us since we arrived until we left , if our trip in bruxelles was really good is also because of him , such a nice guy !!!
