Beautiful property with a comfortable spacious room
The night staff told us to park our car outside because we arrived very late and they assured us that street parking was free until 9am. The next morning, at 8:30, we went to pick up our car and it was about to be towed!!! Apparently the street had restricted parking for the 2 nights we were there and the staff were unaware. The police even entered the hotel to ask if the car belonged to a guest and the day staff said no. Conclusion: We had to pay a 175 euro fine for a mixup caused by the staff and lack of communication between the night and day staff. It wasn’t our fault and the least they could have done was offer us some sort of compensation, like a free breakfast. We were quite disappointed…

Nicely decorated (classic style), clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The Library bar is fantastic for reading/working/chatting while having a drink and/or a snack. I also got a free upgrade at check in.
5 Euro for a small bottle of water from the mini bar is not really a fair price (most hotels offer this for free). Breakfast is very expensive, there are many nice cafes in the neighborhood with great selections and more reasonable prices.

High class professional staff at the service. Especially Ms. Bianca Cojocaru at the reception and Mr. Frederic Hill, general manager. Attention to detail and impeccable customer service. Central location. Small interior garden with a gorgeous Magnolia.
The breakfast was ok but not at 5 stars hotel. A little daily cleaning in the bathroom wouldn't hurt.
