This is a great hotel - we were upgraded to a suit and it was fabulous. We spent ages in the room as it was so lovely - sofa and arm chairs, luxurious fixtures and fittings, absolutely huge bed - great bedding. Nothing to fault at all

Liked the sauna, that was a glad surprise, did not expect that in Belgium (I am swedish). Another glad surprise was the afternoon warm gluhwein that was served for free in the lobby. That was nice when coming in from the cold and humid weather.
Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, too expensive.

Comfortable bed, well maintained room, good beer. Exceptionally good location, quiet enough but very close to downtown. Romantic.

Room was lovely, good size with all amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and close to public transport links and restaurants.
Hot water in the shower took too long to come through (over 5 minutes) and the closure of the restaurant at the weekend meant the room service options were severely limited which wasn’t explained on check in.
