The gorgeous aroma, soft furnishing and objects of art. Huge comfortable bed. Good coffee. Soft fluffy towels. Lovely staff. We loved everything!

I requested a surprise for my partner upon arrival, and they not only met my requests but exceeding expectations. I wanted a couple of Tripel Karmeliets (our favourite tripel beer), a rose or some flowers, and a little card with some printed lyrics from a song we really like (we were visiting Brussels to go to a concert from that band!). They brought everything a couple of minutes after we arrived, including cold pint-sized beers (it was 31ºC that day, so that was pure bliss) with some little snacks, and a vase with a few roses. They even printed the logo of the band on the background of the card with the lyrics!

Excellent room and bathroom facilities. Clean and very comfortable bed. Staff were efficient and helpful. We didn’t eat here but had a drink in the bar at the end of the evening which was relaxing. Good location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stanhope Hotel for a birthday weekend. The staff were welcoming, attentive and made the stay feel very special. Ines in particular was incredibly helpful and always provided service with a smile. The hotel is in a quiet and elegant area, while still being close to the centre with a nearby metro station making it easy to get around Brussels.
Nothing significant, we had a very enjoyable stay overall.

The room was really lovely, with small personal design touches that made it feel special. The Molton Brown products, slippers, robes, pillows, mini bar and even a rubber duckie for the bath just added that extra to our trip. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was also welcoming, kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat...we didn't get to use the sauna or have breakfast as this was a quick trip!

Felt safe, they eyeball every guest coming in and out, and greets when i can in, thats very nice. The room was great with very efficient layout, and size depends which room you choose. Hotel room interior was well planned and of good quality and materials. The location is central and i relied a lot on bus and train around the area to get around. Area is not so crowded so its a nice resting area. The reception staffs are one of the best to help you, i think they are genuine. The golden duck in bathroom is cute.
