Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, well situated, but what really makes your stay is the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning team. They were all so helpful and kind to us. They are fantastic! Our group was 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and one kid. The rooms connected, so that was very comfortable. The kids loved the gym and the sauna. We walked everywhere, and easy to get Ubers. There is a supermarket around the corner, and many places to have breakfast and dinner restaurants. Definitely great for families.

The location is amazing. Really close to the station, around 5 minutes walk at most. We were here only for a couple of days, but everything was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, with a very comfortable bed. Clean sheets, towels and the cleanliness was overall 10/10

The room was really lovely, with small personal design touches that made it feel special. The Molton Brown products, slippers, robes, pillows, mini bar and even a rubber duckie for the bath just added that extra to our trip. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was also welcoming, kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat...we didn't get to use the sauna or have breakfast as this was a quick trip!

Beautiful property with a comfortable spacious room
The night staff told us to park our car outside because we arrived very late and they assured us that street parking was free until 9am. The next morning, at 8:30, we went to pick up our car and it was about to be towed!!! Apparently the street had restricted parking for the 2 nights we were there and the staff were unaware. The police even entered the hotel to ask if the car belonged to a guest and the day staff said no. Conclusion: We had to pay a 175 euro fine for a mixup caused by the staff and lack of communication between the night and day staff. It wasn’t our fault and the least they could have done was offer us some sort of compensation, like a free breakfast. We were quite disappointed…
