Location was fantastic. Staff were really helpful and willing to provide advice on absolutely everything. It was on the expensive side but we did get true value for money. Rooms large and service exceptional.

A very nice hotel in a classic style. We were accommodated in double rooms. They are a little smaller than indicated on the booking. We had a few technical issues, but the staff was very willing and professional. They always solved everything and offered us compensation. We had a view of the magical inner courtyard full of greenery. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Great cosmetics in the bathroom. the air conditioning worked properly and was relatively quiet. Breakfast is nice.

Room 326 is not a room to accommodate 3 people, in the living room you can clearly hear people in room 327 using the bathroom and talking. There is as well a door between both rooms and you can see the light through the door. On days 1 and 2 there were chocolates left on the bed, on days 3 and 4 there were none. On day 3, there were no more tissues and these were not replaced until the end of the stay, also, there were no towels for the third person on the last night. I want to warn other guests to be careful when asking for a taxi at the hotel reception, instead of calling a taxi, they called a kind of Uber, the driver asked at the reception if it was for the airport, the second time that he went to the reception, they said that was our taxi, the driver was dressed with clothes very worn, had all the time a toothpick between his teeth, he was driving fast, honking in traffic, charged more than the price, i paid, asked the receipt and took a picture of the licence and the damaging of the car on the back. Pay attention and ask at the reception with whom they are working so you don't have the same experience. During the stay or at check-out no one asked how was our stay. Breakfast is basic, on buffet, there is a recipient with boiled eggs but there were none. Replacing items on buffet take very long, not attentive and lacking focus and guest orientation, they were not short of staff. Could have been better but that's it, probably other people will have a better experience.

Beautiful, calm, and welcoming hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home—truly exceptional service. I chose this place for the great rooms, ideal location, and solid facilities (gym and late breakfast are a must for me), and it exceeded expectations. Huge thank you!
