Te cost of the restaurant was very expensive.
Being in the business district most of the restaurants in the district were closed all weekend. It was difficult to find a place to eat breakfast or dinner.
There was a lot of garbage on the street and across the street from the hôtel.

Property was well situated that you were far enough from the main tourist spots that allowed for more a chill local vibe but close enough that within minutes you were in the hustle and bustle of it all. Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was very cute. It is an older antique style but it works! The bed linens and towels were spotless, which is super important! Did not find even a single hair on the bed sheets.
Could do better with cleaning the rooms. It looks clean but as you go looking into the corners, it’s very dusty and washroom could be cleaned better. Other than that, it was a great stay for a decent price.

The story behind the building.
One part of the property is in construction and this is not stated on the website!!!
There was no vale for the luggage nor parking!
The lift to the garage was filthy with workers and construction .
The water running in the tub was full of rust !
We requested the first day to meet with the general manager to give him feedback . We stayed for 5 days and his assistant called the last day and we could not finally meet him...

We stayed there for three nights with my girlfriend. Overall, it was a nice place, and I recommend it if you are visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the first hours of our stay, we heard very strange and loud noises from the cooling system in our room. We reported this to reception, and the staff immediately took action by changing our room and even upgrading it to a better one.
The neighborhood is very nice, and it is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes) of almost all major tourist attractions in Brussels. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy, with a safe, and the cooling system was very effective.
However, I think an extra wardrobe would have been really nice, as there wasn’t enough space for the clothes of two people. Also, the bed was relatively small compared with the size of the room (and compared with our first room).
But overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.
The only negative side, though not related to the hotel, was the construction noise from outside. They started their work at 7 a.m., and it was very loud, even shaking our bed. So, we had to wake up early even though we would have enjoyed some extra sleep during our vacation. We had to ease our morning headaches with some coffee and tea.
