The hotel is very conveniently located in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro, shops, restaurants, etc. the room was clean and rather spacious compared to other places I stayed in BXL. The breakfast was ok and the staff friendly.
The mattress was way too soft due to an extra layer that was put on the top, a bit noisy due to the room being exposed to the road. Breakfast can improve, choice is limited.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very pleasant, and the staff are always ready to help.
There was no smart TV (we had to ask for HDMI cable), room service did not offer breakfast on weekends, and the complimentary coffee pot in the hallway was always empty during our two-day stay.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, towels, toiletries, room accessories all adequate and good quality.
Beds were comfy.
Noise was not irritatingly entering from neighbors although they had a small baby.
It could be slightly cheaper.
The heating system confused us the first night because the temperature setting is present but apparently the temperature is adjusted centrally. Turning on the thermostat will only cause the fan to work. We asked front desk for desired temperature they did it for us.

We enjoyed the location and the friendliness of the staff. They helped us with navigation around the city. Amadeo Silva Tafur was especially helpful. My wife's phone was stolen and he took us to the local police station on his own time - a TRUE gentleman!

The room was beautifully designed with modern furniture and was very spacious too. Having two bathrooms was nice, and the shower was amazing.
The location is convenient, but it's "in the heart" of a shopping district. Fortunately the hotel is raised, so you don't hear the noise below – but leaving the hotel felt like going into a touristy zone instead of something where locals travel. It's just a 10m walk to a more quiet part of town, so not a big deal overall.

Our room overlooked a rooftop bar and we could hear everything. Thankfully the bar closed at 10pm.

Luxurious hotel in an equally luxurious street, with high-end brands just across the road. Perfect location, garden view room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Less tourisry area, so it makes it less busy and noisy but everything is closed on Sundays in that area.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The staff were blatantly racist towards Arabs and shockingly unhelpful. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The hotel is filthy, outdated, and in serious need of renovation. I strongly advise against staying here — it’s one of the worst places I’ve ever encountered.
