Location excellent, easy to get to from airport using train and subway. Good base to explore Brussels from. Rooms good and clean, staff very welcoming and helpful.
The room a/c wouldn't go below 19C. Service in the bar for food was slow during the evening.

It is a good hotel, but it differs from our expectations. The location is very good. Room with a garden view are really quiet.
The pictures here are much stylish than the real room facility. In reality the room renovation is very old. The bed is not very comfortable. There is a tiny smell in the toilet, so may be it was not really clean.

The hotel is very conveniently located in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro, shops, restaurants, etc. the room was clean and rather spacious compared to other places I stayed in BXL. The breakfast was ok and the staff friendly.
The mattress was way too soft due to an extra layer that was put on the top, a bit noisy due to the room being exposed to the road. Breakfast can improve, choice is limited.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very pleasant, and the staff are always ready to help.
There was no smart TV (we had to ask for HDMI cable), room service did not offer breakfast on weekends, and the complimentary coffee pot in the hallway was always empty during our two-day stay.
