Location was amazing almost at the center. Breakfast was decent. Room and beds are very well prepared. Public area is amazing, very comfy.
Because of the kitchen is closed in the evening, when I needed to fill my water bottle with hot water I had to use many paper cups just to get enough water which makes me feel bad cause of the litter I have been wasting. It would be better if we have separate water boiler/filter or sth like that.

- The common areas (café, coworking, games room), the staff
- No curtains in beds. It is a small addition that changes everything to the experience
- it also smelled bad in the sink of the shower :(

The location is very good. It’s a big hostel, good breakfast is included, and there are lockers to leave luggage. The single room is big, with an amazing bathroom and a hairdryer

Location is great, it is near the Nord station and lots of shops. The room was comfy and cleanish.
There were a few hairs on the bedsheets. But they looked clean and the hair just clinged on to the fabric. It was fine though! Had a great stay!

1. Tasty breakfast.
2. Staff friendly.
3. The shared kitchen and games room are fantastic.
4. There are 2 elevators/lifts.
5. The distance to the city center is relatively easy to reach.
6. Lots of plugs next to the bed which is very helpful.
1. Bad connection in my bed area. it often appear the notif: "Ready to connect when network quality improves"
2. Sometimes, There was the sound of footsteps from upstairs.
3. The same breakfast menu every day makes me bored. I stayed a few days.
4. The bed was never cleaned even though i was requested. There is no information on how many nights you have to stay to be given the mattress cleaning facility.

An amazing property with great staff, clean facilities, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location. However, in the hostel you do not have access to the rooms between 11am-3pm which is not common among hostels at all. Paying for accommodation should mean that you have access to it throughout your entire stay.

It was clean, the bathroom and the beds. I stayed in a 3 bed room and it was quiet people were respectful. Location is really nice for those who want to be in the center. Definitely would stay again

The shared dorms were cleaned daily so even though the bathroom got a little bit messy they were cleaned the next day. The breakfast was delicious! Lots of common areas to sit at.
The showers were two to one door and the sink was in the same room, that aspect was a bit weird but you could lock the door to the showers.
