The room was not serviced properly. We were there for 4 nights and for a 4 star hotel we expected more regular servicing.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Hotel.
The room (junior suite) was very clean, very comfortable and well-maintained. The location is very close to the city center and ideal for exploring Brussels.
The breakfast also very nice with a variety of cold and hot choices.
Also the staff were very professional and special thanks to Konstantinos and Klea at the reception. They were exceptionally helpful, professional and welcoming throughout our stay. Their great service truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience.
Highly recommended!

Unprofessional reception staff, multiple unauthorised charges made to my debit card. Poor communication. Housekeeping not provided on the first day of my stay and had to ask for my room to be cleaned on next day.

Nice pool, good breakfast and very nice rooms. Safe neighbourhood, friendly staff. The club lounge was a nice extra!
Pool hours for kids are limited. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators are slow and small.

The beds was comfy
We booked this particular hotel due to having a swimming pool and a sauna how ever, sauna was broke and you couldn’t even get into the indoor pool it was so cold! Should warn the guest previously as I could of saved a lot of money if I known the spa facilities was un usable
