Very close to European quarter, rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
The lobby is an open space with nowhere to sit and relax outside the room. It is a design choice but I found the lobby dark and unwelcoming. The breakfast was fine, but not as good as in a standard Radisson hotel.

the room was a v good size, coffee maker and kettle available (but nowhere to plug them in so had to remove the bedside lamp to be able to use them.)

The hotel provided poor customer service. I tried to call from the hotel room, but no one answered despite calling many times.The cleanliness of the room was really bad. I stayed in a suite, but it was not what I expected. To access the bathroom, another person would have to enter the master bedroom, which compromises our privacy. The suite is also small.

The hotel is very nice, cool, urban style
I called twice the maintenance because heater not working.. They come but still only cold air. the sink faucet was not fixed properly and it spun in circles as soon as you touched it. Paid 500 euro one night no breakfast but value for 150 euro.. The hotel is very nice, cool, urban style but You can't pay like a 4 star if you're not up to it.

The apartment was amazing. Perfect for a family of 5. We paid extra for 2x trundle beds, and they fit with room to spare. The kids LOVED the pool table and foosball table in the reception area. Location was perfect and the area the hotel is located felt safe and easy to access. Breakfast had a great selection, and the kids enjoyed the buffet style.
