Location is central.
Warm staff and front desk manager.
Although the room was large, it lacked adequate lighting and had non-functional lamps. The dark, basic interior and loose shaky cabinet missed the expected vibe, and issues like a broken curtain roller affected the overall experience.

Very close to European quarter, rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
The lobby is an open space with nowhere to sit and relax outside the room. It is a design choice but I found the lobby dark and unwelcoming. The breakfast was fine, but not as good as in a standard Radisson hotel.

the room was a v good size, coffee maker and kettle available (but nowhere to plug them in so had to remove the bedside lamp to be able to use them.)

The hotel provided poor customer service. I tried to call from the hotel room, but no one answered despite calling many times.The cleanliness of the room was really bad. I stayed in a suite, but it was not what I expected. To access the bathroom, another person would have to enter the master bedroom, which compromises our privacy. The suite is also small.
