I recently stayed at the Radisson RED, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is modern, vibrant, and full of character, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind to us. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for, and it added such a personal touch to our stay. Whether it was help at reception, staff in the restaurant, or even the housekeeping team, every interaction was marked by professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find a hotel where the whole team is consistently so thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend Radisson RED—not only for its stylish atmosphere and great facilities, but especially for its amazing staff who made our experience so special. We will definitely be returning!

Location was ok, if you are fit and happy to walk you are about 20 to 30 min walk into all the tourist parts of the city. There is a bus stop (bus 38) which comes often and talk takes about 10 to 15 min to Central station and you are a brief walk to all the tourist spots. Can fault the staff at the hotel .. very friendly and very helpful! Room was a good size as was the shower facilities.
The hotel was very over priced for what you get, the complementary mini bar is two chocolates and some nuts and two bottles of water .. a little light for the price of the room. None of the USB plugs in the room worked .. thankfully reception had a spare plug and adapter which was helpful. The restaurant was very expensive, the food was good though, and was only open for breakfast and dinner .. so if you are looking for somewhere to chill that is not your room you're very limited.

There was very little to like about this hotel, it was quiet.
Very Basic Simple Hotel for a not Very Basic Price - Facilities were cheap and worn, not high quality. Decor was poor and of cheap style.

Staff was really pleasant, I was upgraded. Close to the EP where my work commitments were. Comfortable bed.
The hotel is extravagantly expensive for what it offers. It used to be a great hotel, now it is dated and needs refurbishing. I was upgraded to a suite and I was left with 2 enormous rooms with very poor lightning, no overhead lights anywhere. The coffee machine was rickety with the water tank that kept falling off. The water fountain on the first floor was wobbly and completely encrusted with limescale. There is a general disheveled, run-down feeling throughout the hotel.
