If you make the trip by car it isn’t your hotel. Parking exist but the hotel doesn’t make reservations parking place.

I stayed in the family suite which provided a very spacious and comfortable room for our family. The hotel was recently renewed with a beautiful decoration inspired by Belgian Comics. The team was efficient and friendly.
The parking was a bit complicated to use, but thanks to the excellent team, everything was fine.

I loved the customer service, in particular Daniel who had a problem with the system when I checked in , and Phyo and Anna who were extremely friendly and accommodating.Their service, flexibility and interaction was 10/10 throughout the 3 days and felt genuinely friendly and pleasant throughout.
The room was a little stuffy. My room was 425. I couldn't turn on the AC (I could have asked for help but didn't afterwards as it wasn't hot enough). The bathroom had a strong mouldy smell on the first day that cleared out with time after opening the window. But the amenities (coffee machine!), cleanliness, design and size were all good. Room experience: 6.5/10 (would be 10/10 if not for the smell and AC that I couldn't operate). The restaurant is maybe slightly on the pricey side. Not the best value for money if you want to pay for the food separately: 6/10 value for money.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and tasty, but the choice of dishes is limited.
It's clear that one receptionist is not enough, as queues form. The shower head was broken.

Location next to the Parliament. Spacious room. Kind staff, including the chef of the restaurant who helped with my food allergies
Only one thing was a bit difficult: to regulate the air-conditioning of the room. But a technician came immediately to fix it.

Decent-size modern room with a generous bathroom (walk-in shower). Everything was very clean, the bed was fine. Staff was friendly. Good price for a nice room.
Not very sound proof: we could hear the vacuuming, walking and talking in the hallway and other rooms.
