The Front Desk Staff were all very helpful and professional. The restaurant and menu were both very, very good.

The location was great, and the parking at the hotel was great too. The hotel lobby looked amazing but we had stayed at the radisson blu Cologne the night before and the hotel was much better. After the lobby the hotel looked dated once we made our way to the rooms.
The hotel did provide water in the rooms but in carboard water cartons one of which the seal was broken and half empty, and unable to use the fridge in the room because they had crammed with over priced mini-bar. The breakfast in the morning compared to staying at a Radisson the previous night in cologne was embarrassing really.

Didn't feel like 5 star hotel. Largely due to staff. Example small things like not saying good morning/evening. Did not feel welcome. Did not replace complementary water on second day.

Near to attraction. Near a cafe that served good breakfast, Busy Bee. A foodcourt just across the road that serve all cuisine.
The fridge. Bought milk from supermarket but could not be put in the fridge. The snacks and drinks in the fridge are all tag to a sensor. If drinks removed from fridge will be charged. Felt that the system is redundant.
