Lovely ambience, very stylish lobby and restaurant, tasty food (including amazing waffles), water in room daily, friendly and well presented staff. Very pleased we were able to have a cot.
The room was average. Mould in bathroom and in AC unit, door sticking, phone instructions didn’t match phone buttons, a member of bar staff didn’t know what “gin” was so my mum had to have tonic on its own, and some breakfast staff more attentive than others. Breakfast food ok but few changes in variety day to day, avocado and eggs on toast came with undercooked or broken eggs two days running.

Room was clean. Bed was large and comfy.
The bathroom had previous remodel, but never fully completed or if so, large short cuts. There use to be a mount on the wall that still had wires sticking out which caught and ripped a pair of pants. The mirror was just leaned up against a wall instead of hung. It was odd. Also, no usable mini fridge. They had one, but it was fully stocked with stuff they wanted you to purchase which was extremely disappointing.

The location couldn't be better, just a five-minute walk from the iconic Grand Place and other central attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a modern, elegant design. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night's sleep. The attentive staff made the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, superb rooms.

The location is great. It is just a couple blocks from the grand place square ann Brrussels central. There are plenty of food options around it, including Wolf, an indoor multi cuisine marketplace. The room sized was very spacious, and there was plenty of setting space
The safe was not working, and we were promised that they would fix it by 7 a m next morning, but nobody showed up ten thirty until we called again. The room key stopped working, and we had to make three trips downstairs to get it to work. The body wash in the bathroom was empty and was never refilled throughout the stay ! The staff was courteous but not warm. The front desk person on check-in kept on telling me that I should be talking to the concierge in the morning... rather than asking her even some basic questions at check-in. She clearly mentioned to me that it was the job of the concierge to answer three questions. Probably, this is not related to the hotel, but the king bed is equal to the queen bed in the United States The housekeeping left a dirty rag in the bathroom on the last day.
