Property was beautifully designed the lobby in the restaurant, and the external Fasaad of the building was gorgeous.
Rooms are very basic and ordinary for a five star property. Also, considering it a 5 star, there was no dental kit or shaving kit in the bathroom and we have to ask for them. The towels, 2 did not seem very fresh and luxurious. They were a bit old and run down, and they had a peculiar smell in it.

The room was very clean. Perfect location, walking distance from many attractions and the central railway station is also near. Beds were big and comfortable.
Most of the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The drinks and snacks in the minibar are not only superexpensive but also placed on a tray with a sensor. So if you lift anything even to check what it is, be prepared to be charged for it. And don't let your kids touch anything. At breakfast you can order extra things from the menu, but some options were always out.

I ask Housekeeping to come later to clean my room ans my baby was sleeping. They did not come back Upon requesting the receptionist, they sent someone just to empty the dusbin
