The breakfast should be improved including the display. For example there were two bottles of milk with no indication of the kind of milk
The shower faucets were very hard to turn. I had to call the hotel staff to turn on the water. The bottle of soap/shower gel was blocked..

Perfect location. Stayed at Pullman a few times. It always is excellent - the view, comfort, cleanliness and staff. Best place to stay in Brussels, especially if you like trains.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were so comfortable and great shower pressure. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. We went to Ghent and Bruges for a day trip and the hotel's location made it so easy to take the trains.

Spacious clean room, location next to the Midi railway station. Use of sauna was included in the room rate. The bed was comfortable. Coffee & tea making facilities in the room.
Slightly too many emails from the hotel in the days before arrival, probably with good intentions!

Midi isn't the best location , but this hotel ideal if just overnighting between trains and there's easy connections to rest of town
