Spacious clean room, location next to the Midi railway station. Use of sauna was included in the room rate. The bed was comfortable. Coffee & tea making facilities in the room.
Slightly too many emails from the hotel in the days before arrival, probably with good intentions!

When I am lying in the bath, I want SOAP. There was no soap, unless you stood up to get it out of the soap canister, at a height of six feet. Ridiculous! I do not want to have to stand up every time I want some soap! There was a cot in our room, which we didn't order.

Convenient location for catching Eurostar the following morning. Bed very comfy, good quality linen.
Room very small with too much furniture. Style of rooms like something out of 2001 A Space Odyssey. Breakfast mediocre. Had to search for everything including spoons and salt/ pepper.

Staff was exceptional. Facilities great.
Was warned about multiple people do not go out at night. The bedding was so warm I couldn’t sleep even with temperature set down to lowest possible. That could be just my feeling. The bathtub whilst looking pretty is not easy to enter if someone might have security concerns, and is quite slippery. But again it could be my personal observation. Noise transfers from hallways and neigh ring rooms.
