Very Poor
The bar area was nice and the games.
The lighting was way to dark. There were not vents in the rooms, so there was no fresh air coming in and it smelled. The parking was very expensive. I ended up getting sick because of the stuffy rooms and left early to go to the doctors.

Room, lobby, breakfast, staff all GREAT.
The wi-fi in the room was really poor: I was working remotely, so I was online all the time for accessing my remote PC and it was really difficult since the wi-fi was simply inefficient (very slow). The case was the same for all the 3,5 days of my stay, constantly very slow wi-fi. The wi-fi in the lobby was somewhat better, but from a hotel like this I would really expect much better wi-fi in the room. Moreover since there was no option to pay for a better / faster wi-fi. All the rest aspects of the hotel are great, so I will come back again, but PLEASE improve wi-fi next time.

Great location and predictable setting. We’ve stayed at Pentas before. Staff was very helpful and kind to us
In all of our stays though we found the light system incredibly confusing? The switches always leave a light on so we had to sleep with the entryway light on since it did not go out no matter what switch we turned. Even after we took the key card out of the slot the light stayed on all night. And also we had the suite with the room attached and all the electricity in there did not work so it seemed like a waste of money for an unusable room. Also there was an old cracker or cookie under the sofa in there

The location to port & the city
The pillows were hard & all the same. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. There was a shower curtain rather than a shower screen....unhygienic & very 90's. The telephone in the room didn't work & very limited amount of towels.

Spacious room, good food and very helpful staff. Value for money. Very good vibes in the hotel, bar plus hotel. Good locality.
The room carpets were old and not the best cleaned. The bathroom did not have a lock system, just sliding doors. A bit far from the center and main train line
