Spacious room with comfortable bed and good amenities including a coffee machine with pods, fridge, safe, good quality toiletries. A good breakfast with a local selection and continental items. Friendly staff who went above and beyond - we went to celebrate our friend getting married and the hotel left us some welcome beers and a note for the bachelor! Really an amazing stay. Also in a good area, 2 min walk from Louisa metro station and next to a lot of bars and restaurants so a good area for evening/night time too. Also quiet at night which was great.

The location, spacious reception, spacious room, infused water offered at entrance
No bottled water in the room, one side of the bed materas not okay. Luckily I was alone and could sleep on the other side but you need to change this materasse

Comfortable room with bedding and separate desk area, quite spacious for its meters. Good location on the outskirts of the center circle of Brussels, close to the metyyro and fast way to get to the airport via Midi train station. Close vicinity to Regus Busienss Center if you meeting is there.
First hickup was arrving late in the night and facing an issue of the lack of room service. Had to run quickly to find an open restaurant nearby. HOtel offers only a small internal self-service shop, which is overall disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was very limited, missing classical elements of the English/Continental types, like bacon, mushroom etc.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff at check-in were very calm and accommodating, offering the perfect energy to greet guests arriving from travel.
The location was great and the rooms were very clean.
There was construction going on outside one of the rooms which made it difficult to sleep one morning.

A little tired in places - could do with a lick of paint, a bit of colour or artwork in the rooms and a few of the bathroom fittings were rather worn
