Very Good
1. The room is really spacious and the armchair with side table is surprisingly useful and comfy! 2. The green stay program is also great. As lots of hotels just ask guests to comply the green stay policy without offering anything. At least here we get something in return. 3. We didn’t use it but it seemed like a great feature which is hotel website for ordering towels and things you need without calling the front office! 4. The location is not close close to the station but there are lots of restaurants in walkable distance!
I stayed 3 nights and my husband stayed 5 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. Of course there were various options for you to choose, but it doesn’t hurt to change a little bit the pastry or hot meal to something else. But overall speaking, still vary high in value, will come back again if we visit Brussels.

The room was decent in size and the beds were comfortable. Location was accessible easily by public transport and was not too far from the city center .
The staff was very unhelpful. Day before we arrived I requested for an early check in bite never got a response back , when we reached at 12:30 pm the staff said they will try to get the room ready early and send us a message as soon as it is ready so we went outside to grab food and only when we came back at 2:30 and asked for the room again they finally gave us the room . In the evening we let the staff know the situation outlet was not flushing properly to which they responded saying the maintenance guy is on vacation and we would have to come and use the common restroom in the lobby . When I asked for a change of room the staff said they could not confirm because their system was down and were not sure if another 3 bed room was available . It seemed like the staff was just not ready to come up with a solution . Eventually we decided the stay in the room since it was our last day We were also promised beverages if we would skip the room service for cleaning but had to follow up multiple times for getting bottles of water in return . The hotel rooms are fine . The bathrooms need updating with their plumbing and there was a big crack in the sink too . I would not call this a 4 star hotel and not at all value for my money .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff at check-in were very calm and accommodating, offering the perfect energy to greet guests arriving from travel. The location was great and the rooms were very clean.
There was construction going on outside one of the rooms which made it difficult to sleep one morning.

We had to change rooms due to a persistent bad smell in the room- the staff promptly gave us another one- and the mattress of one of the beds had barely any padding left--- you could feel the wires poking through...

I gave my credit card details through Booking.com and received the confirmation email from Booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I was told that the booking had been cancelled automatically as they did not have my card detail. The receptionists were helpful though, and gave me a much smaller room than the one I booked as that was the only remaining one. I had my room changed for the second night.

Pleasant
The location was great and it was very clean but the rooms are not at all sound proof so I was woken several times by slamming doors and evening hearing the people next door. The room was very cold and the heating in the room not functioning well.
