Kind staff, spacious room with all the amenities.
Enough and good pillows, good climate control.
The noise insulation from the windows was not great, the shower was very narrow, but overall nice bathroom, the bed was very hard and bouncy and there were no outlets near the bed.

Great staff, very nice people. Room was nice and clean!
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the shower a bit small (for tall people).

The location was very nice, one can easily walk to the down town in 20 minutes. The staff was very kind and helpful. room was okay, the beds were comfortable.
The building and the room facilities were very old. The sink, the bath and the armatures were at least 30 years old :(
The beds were clean but the room was not generally not clean enough, that we could not step on the floor without shoes or sleepers

Staff was really helpful and nice and the breakfast as well! Good wifi (i had to do some calls and it worked well) and everything was clean. Good location as well!

Really helpful staff who made a real effort to help us find restaurants and places to see. Location was very central about 15-20 mins walk to centre about 5 min from the big wheel. Quiet road but a street over from restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and up to date

The room floor was very very dirty, we had a clump of someone else’s hair sticking to the bathroom tile, the overall cleanliness was poor. The room was noisy. Would not recommend to stay there. However the receptionists were lovely.
