Position is outstanding. Breakfast included was a very pleasent surprise and very much appreciated. Good overall with some note on the maintenance (see "didn't likes").
Maintenance was not at its top. Bathroom door was dameged; reading light near the bed not working and hanging a little.

This hotel is located at an excellent location close the the Grand Place.
The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was okay.
The window was really old (bad insulation) and sealed (screwed in) cannot be opened.
There was mold around the window because of this as there was condensed water around the window.
The air ventilation was insufficient. At the morning my co2 sensor showed over 2000 ppm. Changes to temperature settings took about a day to take effect (because of the bad ventilation mentioned before).
It seems this room was last renovated 15+ years ago and not touched since except for fixes.
Dim room because of insufficient lights.

Location and friendly staff
The opaque glass in bathroom to the bed. When my friend went to bathroom at night and turned light on, it lit up the room and woke me up. It should be filled in with something to block light.

Location, friendly staff and check out was at 12h00 which is good for a slow morning on the weekend.
The bed was not very comfortable due to the pillows. The room was too hot at some point at night and it was not possible to turn on the AC since it was not working. The shower is too small and the shower curtain was moving towards us during the shower so it was a bit disgusting. The shower floor was flooded within seconds of turning on the shower. Very disappointed.

Good for easy access to the station. But worst NH hotel I have been it. Avoid.
Except for the breakfast that was dissent there little to like in this property.
It is dirty. Rooms are cold and it takes a degree to find the heater and make it work. The water in the sink was cold only. Room was not cleaned after the first night.
Price is adequate for NH but the hotel facilities and service are rather of a roadside inn.

Location, it was on a upside street, a bit harder to get to when you’re tired. But very very close to the center and metro/train station.
Room was perfect really, it was big enough for 2, but hated the glass bathroom, so when someone was on the bed he could almost see inside the bathroom.
The windows don’t open, sometimes I felt like it was suffocating.

Location is excellent, staff very friendly, room was very comfortable, price moderate but not too high, check-in very fast, breakfast ok
The elevator too small, only one (out of two) worked, I used stairs from the 7th floor to avoid very long waiting for the lift Stairs were also very narrow.
