Location, it was on a upside street, a bit harder to get to when you’re tired. But very very close to the center and metro/train station.
Room was perfect really, it was big enough for 2, but hated the glass bathroom, so when someone was on the bed he could almost see inside the bathroom.
The windows don’t open, sometimes I felt like it was suffocating.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect and great walking distance to anything you need to go see!

Location is excellent, staff very friendly, room was very comfortable, price moderate but not too high, check-in very fast, breakfast ok
The elevator too small, only one (out of two) worked, I used stairs from the 7th floor to avoid very long waiting for the lift Stairs were also very narrow.

The hotel is old and not clean. Thin walls and constantly noisy. Construction work started early around 7am.

This recently sold hotel chain has a lot of hotels around Europe, and this one is close to the Grand Place in Brussels, a obvious destination. The rooms are on the small side and the breakfast is OK, but potatoes in scrambled eggs? The hotel staff is bored and not very guest-interested. They recently were sold by their Spanish owners to a Thai company and the employees seen unconvinced as to the situation. I don't think this hotel deserves more than a 3 stars rating. I would go elsewhere next time.

Location, friendly staff and check out was at 12h00 which is good for a slow morning on the weekend.
The bed was not very comfortable due to the pillows. The room was too hot at some point at night and it was not possible to turn on the AC since it was not working. The shower is too small and the shower curtain was moving towards us during the shower so it was a bit disgusting. The shower floor was flooded within seconds of turning on the shower. Very disappointed.

This is very near the Brussels Central train station and we are able to visit various places daily without having to stay there. It is also within a short walk to shopping and dining areas.

Wonderful
Very central location, we can reach everything in the city center within walking distance. Easy to find restaurant and bar around the hotel. Also, very quiet at night considering it is still in the middle of Brussels. The parking lot also average, a bit narrow for a big car, we drove a VW T-Roc, it was ok.

The location of this hotel is close to the Grand Place and the Central Station.
While this hotel is not cheap, it offers small rooms with about18 inches of space between the bed and the wall.
The bath is clean, but small and uses one door to close both bath and internal hall. Everything is very cheap from decor to
room construction. The breakfast woofers lots of little dishes, but stretches the scrambled eggs with potatoes. No fresh orange juice. In general a disappointment. The lobby is nondescript. I had had trouble getting info about the property as I was planning to take people to Brussels and contacted them. Instead of replying from Brussels, Madrid, knwing nothing about Brussels replied. At check in I asked who owned the hotel and was told new Thai owners, and the Brussels staff seemed left in the lurch on the matter, I think you can find a better hotel.

Great location in easy walk to Grand Place and Central Train. Good breakfast with lots of options. AC works well in room. Welcome kit for baby was a nice touch.
Window in bathroom lights up the bedroom at night, waking up your travel companions if they are sensitive to light. Infant crib was not great, the mattress was not flat, could use an update.
