Close to centre but quiet area. Excellent service from staff , they were all so friendly and helpful.. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again .

Location, it was on a upside street, a bit harder to get to when you’re tired. But very very close to the center and metro/train station.
Room was perfect really, it was big enough for 2, but hated the glass bathroom, so when someone was on the bed he could almost see inside the bathroom.
The windows don’t open, sometimes I felt like it was suffocating.

Good location, staff were friendly and welcoming. Reception area looked lovely. Snacks etc were available to buy (although we didn't need any).
Breakfast had a good range of options and the coffee from the machine was better than many hotels I've stayed at.
The room was incredibly worn. Even the window sill was chipped in several places!
Corners of furniture was damaged and just generally needed a refurb.
Bed was comfortable enough, although felt somewhat wobbly!
Whilst the breakfast food was good, the damaged and worn theme even continued here with awful chips in most of the egg cups.
Overall, the stay didn't justify the £220 price tag.
I've stayed in well located hotels during Christmas markets before and it's been for better value.

All was great, nice room, helpful staff, good breakfast. Location was excellent for us - close to railway station and all the central sights.
